Return Policy

Due to our shop being on a custom order basis, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that time period it is safe to assume it is already in production and being made ready for shipping. Once production has began on your order, cancellations are no longer acceptable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.- Please note these are handmade items, they are not always perfect, however we strive to get as close as possible. We will not refund over tiny mistakes such as - the dot missing from an i. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
